Abstract

 

 

At the end of March 2004, the number of broadband subscribers across the world rose to 110 million with a 19% growth over the previous quarter.

Asia-Pacific with nerarly 45 million subscribers and 37 percent of world market is the biggest broadband region in the world.
Americas with over 36 million subscribers and 33 percent world market is the second largest market for broadband followed by Europe and Middle East-Africa.
